In a significant boost to India’s sustainable logistics ecosystem, MoEVing, a leading electric mobility solutions provider, has announced a strategic collaboration with Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle dealers to lease and deploy 700 electric small commercial vehicles (e-SCVs) across 10 key Indian cities. The initiative aims to strengthen last-mile delivery networks and accelerate the country’s transition toward cleaner, more efficient transportation.
The newly leased fleet will comprise Tata Ace EV and Ace Pro EV models, which will be strategically deployed across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, among other cities. These vehicles will primarily cater to sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), helping reduce urban carbon footprints while enhancing delivery efficiency.
MoEVing has partnered with leading Tata Motors dealers — Pascos, Johar Motors, and Bhandari Automobiles — to build an integrated and scalable EV ecosystem. This partnership combines Tata Motors’ product excellence with MoEVing’s fleet management expertise, offering businesses a cost-effective leasing model that removes the need for heavy upfront investments.
According to Vikash Mishra, Founder and CEO of MoEVing, the leasing-based model offers both scalability and flexibility, enabling enterprises to expand or optimize their fleets based on demand. It also ensures lower operating and maintenance costs, driving faster and wider EV adoption in commercial mobility.

By leveraging Tata Motors’ dealer network and MoEVing’s operational capabilities, the partnership supports sustainable urban transport while aligning with India’s broader environmental goals.
This initiative sets a replicable benchmark for large-scale EV deployment, paving the way for greener, more cost-efficient last-mile delivery solutions across India’s rapidly growing cities.
