Ericsson has announced that Moti Gyamlani will step down from his role as Senior Vice President and Head of Group Function Global Operations effective January 12, 2026. He will continue with the company for a transition period to ensure a smooth handover.
Gyamlani, who joined Ericsson in 2019 and became part of the Executive Team in 2022, has played a key role in driving operational excellence. The company has initiated a transition plan aimed at simplifying its Group structure and bringing functions closer to the business to enhance agility and efficiency.
